Job summary

A luxury hospitality group is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning and reporting. This hybrid role based in Cape Town involves preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and developing models for profitability projections. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or Accounting, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Power BI. Competitive salary of up to R70k CTC per month based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A and Financial Modelling.
• Proven track record in traditional FP&A practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and interpret financial reports including Revenue, GP, and operating expenses.
• Conduct Budget vs Actual vs Forecast analysis.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models for profitability projections.
• Track KPIs and provide margin insights.
