Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar technical role, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical support and maintenance for Forex systems and integrations.
• Monitor system performance, manage alerts, and coordinate responses to incidents and outages.
• Support the automation of forex processes.
• Ensure compliance with cloud, risk, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal developers, business stakeholders, and external vendors on system enhancements.
