The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and executing efficient repairs to ensure vehicles are running at optimal performance. You will collaborate with fleet management to prioritize and schedule maintenance, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose mechanical issues.
  • Execute timely and efficient repairs to ensure the optimal functioning of vehicles.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with fleet management to schedule and prioritize vehicle maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all repair activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in a systematic manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and Toyota vehicle specifications.
  • Source and order necessary parts, tools, and equipment for maintenance tasks.
  • Provide guidance to other team members when required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with expertise in Toyota/Mahindra vehicles.
  • Must have sound knowledge of Diesel engines.
