Accounting & Reporting Manager

We're seeking an experienced finance leader to manage all aspects of financial accounting and reporting.

This role oversees financial statements, internal reporting, compliance with IFRS, and leads the annual external audit process.

You'll also support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve accounting policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Lead annual external audits and prepare Annual Financial Statements.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
• Produce accurate financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.

Requirements

• CA (SA) qualification required Minimum 5 years in a similar position reporting to a CFO
• Manufacturing experience
• Minimum 5 years working with IFRS
• Minimum 5 years in Consolidated Reporting
• Minimum 3 years leading teams
• Experience in multi-regional organisations
• Extensive experience providing enhanced analysis and commentary
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements, tax planning, and transfer pricing
• Proficiency with reporting / consolidation platforms
• Direct oversight and experience with SAP and Draftworx
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
