Job Description

This role sits within the Group Finance team of a global trading organisation with international operations. The position is ideal for a newly qualified CA looking for strong exposure across group finance, planning, consolidation and reporting in a hands-on environment. The role offers excellent learning and development within a flat structure, working closely with senior finance leadership. The position is hybrid, operating from the Sandton office, with a salary range of R650 000 – R750 000 CTC negotiable for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the group budgeting and forecasting process, including preparation and consolidation
• Assist with maintaining and updating the group planning and consolidation systems
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual group financial reports
• Support statutory reporting, audit processes and tax-related submissions
• Assist with treasury, cash flow reporting and basic risk management activities
• Liaise with internal stakeholders locally and internationally to gather financial inputs
• Provide backup support for holding company budgets and forecasts
• Ensure adherence to strict reporting deadlines and internal controls
