  • Relevant experience in Manufacturing / Processing / FMCG.
  • Relevant Accounting background and tertiary qualification: SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA / MBA or other.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the milling or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Beneficial Experience (Not Required)
  • Exposure in raw material management and procurement sectors: SAFEX / Commodities.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including divisional ownership of respective budgets.
  • Report on company performance and focus areas to management and EXCO.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and administration team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Design and implement new financial systems.
  • Oversee financial systems (ERP).
  • Manage business projects and internal/external audits.
  • Provide strategic direction through analysis of financial statements.
