This role involves providing accurate monthly financial and operational reports to management, ensuring strategic insights and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Creditors and Debtors Clerk
• Preparing Consolidated Management Accounts
• Take ownership of external audit on a yearly basis
• Preparation of financial records up to Trial Balance
• Prepare and Submit VAT forms to SARS
• Update and maintain pricing
• Prepare various reports to Managing Director on a monthly basis some will need to be customised to fit specific purposes
• Work out costings on special fabrications
• Be able to set up BILL of Materials
• EMP recons
• Responsible for Monthly Reconciliations
• Bank Recon
• Stock Recon
• Work In Progress Recon
• VAT Recon
• Monthly Journals and Provisions
• Other Recons

Qualifications and Computer Literacy

• Grade 12 with exemption
• Postgraduate in Accounting, Financial Management or CIMA
• Advance MS Excel skills
• SAGE Evolution & BI Reportsexperience will be an advantage
