The Role: Financial Controller

As our Financial Controller, you’ll lead the full accounting and reporting function for multiple South African entities. You’ll manage a team of Financial Accountants and Junior Accountants, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and IFRS reporting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits, SOX controls, and BBBEE reporting.
• Manage team performance, mentoring, and resource planning.

What We’re Looking For

• BCom Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Navision/Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
