The Role: Finance Controller

As our Finance Controller, you will play a critical role in building and scaling Jabu’s financial structure and controls to support our ambitious growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support Jabu’s rapid scaling in Southern Africa, managing key metrics and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting, to guide Jabu’s financial trajectory in a high‑growth environment.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial statements, compliance with regulations, and readiness for potential audits.

  • Strong knowledge of reconciliation, cash flow management, financial controls, and compliance standards.
  • Analytical & strategic mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations that drive growth.
