Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the finance function ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, business planning and cash flow management across all business units.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, annual financial statements and audit packs.
• Maintain effective internal controls including management of the Fixed Asset Register.
• Analyse financial results, identify trends, risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with HR and maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
• Develop and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive efficiency, accuracy and best practices within the finance department.

Qualifications :

• Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or a related field (essential).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Financial Manager or Senior Accounting role (required).
