Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Drive profitability, cost control, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and treasury activities.
• Ensure strong financial controls, statutory compliance, and audit oversight.
• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance and administration team.

Minimum Requirements

• CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, ACA or similar qualification (articles advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years post-article finance experience
• Proven experience in strategic finance leadership and business partnering
• Strong SAP experience (FI, SD, and Administration modules mandatory)
• Experience in digital finance transformation and data analytics
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or an international environment preferred
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills
• Fluent in English
