Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation, continuous enhancement, and optimization of operational systems and processes.
- Ensure that staff are thoroughly trained on these systems and consistently adhere to established procedures to maintain operational efficiency and alignment with organizational standard.
- Ensure the management meetings happen ensuring action lists are generated, decisions are documented, and follow-up actions are tracked and executed. Report on any exceptions or deviations from targets.
- KPIs to be reviewed and circulated – Provide actionable insights to improve performance, set measurable targets, and track progress toward goals.
- Strategic forecasting and cash flow management.
- Prepare and present regional performance reports to the executive committee (EXCO). Ensure clear communication of progress, challenges, and action plans.
- Oversee the management of regional staff, including work allocation, performance evaluations, training, and overall staff development.
