Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and strategic management to drive growth and optimise financial performance in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and budget forecasts.

Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and board-level stakeholders.

Implement and maintain cost control measures to optimise financial performance.

Manage monthly and quarterly VAT filings, .

Financial Controls & Process Improvement

Develop and maintain internal financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets.

Perform bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and financial audits.

Drive process automation and enhance financial reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Manage financial transactions through Xero or similar accounting software, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead annual budget preparation and financial planning aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Provide cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to ensure the business operates efficiently.

Work closely with UK banks, auditors, and government entities to ensure seamless financial operations.

Collaborate with local and international teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

Support business expansion by providing financial insights for investment and growth opportunities in Saudi Arabia.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial management, preferably within luxury or high-growth industries.
• Knowledge of global tax regulations and their impact on financial decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
