Qualifications

• At least four years of Business Management experience in INGOs or for-profit businesses.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the financial and accounting integrity of the organization.
• Process funding transfer as per formats and procedures.
• Facilitate local travel and business advance requests.
• Handle disbursement activities according to internal policies.
• Follow-up on outstanding advances and payables monthly.
• Reconcile bank accounts and compile bank reconciliations.
• Participate in budget preparation and cash flow review.
• Provide regulatory reports to local authorities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
