Job summary

A government health body in South Africa seeks an individual with a Grade 12 Certificate to manage debtors' accounts. Job description
  • Package : R 228 321.00 – R 268 950.00 per annum (plus benefits)
Requirements
  • Grade 12 Certificate/ equivalent. Computer literacy. Attention to detail and good communication skills. Should be willing to rotate within the Revenue Department.
Duties
  • Tracing and Confirmation of debtors addresses. Submitting accounts to self-funded debtors. Referral of debts to External service provider / State Attorney. Writing off, of unrecoverable debts. Completion of UPFS Charge sheets for H3 and Externally funded patients. Verifying invoices on HIS and closing the invoices, if correct. Compiling Inpatient and outpatients Billing monitoring report monthly. Drawing of patient files that were not billed and bill accordingly. Rotate with Main Cashier as the need arises. Cashier duties, where necessary.
