The team leader will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents who sell fibre internet services on behalf of one of South Africa's leading internet service providers (ISP). The focus is on driving performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and supporting the team's development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Oversee daily operations, motivate agents, and ensure sales targets are met.
