Facility & Projects Co-ordinator
Renowned Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility and Projects Co-ordinator to oversee the effective management, maintenance and improvement of their facilities and projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Oversee the upkeep of the physical building/department. Schedule regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
Ensure the facility complies with health, safety and environmental regulations. Conduct safety drills and maintain emergency systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, etc.).
Plan and manage office layouts and space utilization. Coordinate office moves, renovations or expansions.
Hire and supervise service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality.
Prepare and manage the facilities budget. Monitor expenses and look for cost-saving opportunities.
