Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Personal Assistant (Executive PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and format presentations, reports, and other executive documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional communication at all times.
  • Screen calls, emails, and other communications, prioritizing matters requiring executive attention.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, and strategic meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and document control in line with company policies.
  • Support the executive in expense management and general administrative duties.
Requirements
