A luxury safari lodge in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to oversee all pastry creations, ensure high standards of quality and presentation, and develop new dessert offerings. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment, strong baking skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This position involves supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, and complying with safety regulations, all while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to manage the preparation and presentation of all pastries, baked goods, and desserts at a luxury Big 5 safari lodge in KZN. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef / Executive Chef, this role is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation across all dining experiences, in line with five-star lodge requirements.
