We are seeking passionate and dedicated English as a Second Language (ESL) Teachers to join our team, partnering with reputable public schools and private language centers across various provinces and medium-sized cities in Vietnam.

This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on students' lives while experiencing the rich culture of Vietnam. The anticipated start date for this position is December 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of various ages (e.g., kindergarten, primary, secondary, and adult learners) and proficiency levels.

  • Create a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters language acquisition.

  • Assess students' progress through various methods, including homework, class participation, tests, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.

  • Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet curriculum standards and individual student needs.

  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a focused and respectful learning atmosphere.

  • Participate in training, workshops, and school events as required.

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and lesson plans.

  • Collaborate positively with Vietnamese co‑teachers, school administration, and colleagues.
