Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a Certified Voice Expert specializing in Alcatel-Lucent, OmniPCX, Cisco CUCM, and Avaya Aura. This hands-on role supports voice infrastructure projects across various client sites in Pretoria, South Africa. Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years experience in enterprise voice systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required for site visits. This is a contract position for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade voice solutions.
• Configure and manage OEM voice platforms.
• Integrate voice systems with LAN/WAN cloud and collaboration platforms.
• Lead voice transformation projects.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards and SLA requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and training.
• Collaborate with OEM support and engineering teams.
• Travel to client locations for onsite implementation.
