A compliance solutions provider in Durban is looking for an Employment Equity Consultant to ensure clients meet their Employment Equity requirements. Responsibilities include guiding clients in compliance processes, submitting reports, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have a relevant degree and strong communication skills, with advantageous experience in service delivery and compliance. The Employment Equity Consultant ensures that clients’ Employment Equity requirements are met. This role guides clients in their compliance with Employment Equity legislation, the submission of various crucial reports and ensuring that the client is making progress towards achieving its Employment Equity Plan. The role ensures the formulation of EE related strategies, the implementation of policies and best practice in aid of achieving their EE objectives. It entails the monitoring and implementation of the suggested EE related initiatives. It provides support for day-to-day compliance related queries and maintains a great relationship with clients that enable introductions to new business opportunities.
Salary: R17 850 CTC per month
