Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a unionised environment.
• Exposure in a technical and highly regulated environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standard Employee Relations Management Processes.
• Initiate projects to enhance employee relations strategic objectives.
• Conduct coaching and counseling sessions.
• Make training recommendations.
• Present cases at bargaining council and Labour Court.
