Job summary

A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Support Resource Officer to coordinate emergency vehicle dispatch based on calls at their contact centre in Rivonia, South Africa. The ideal candidate must have a Grade 12 qualification and experience in an emergency contact centre. Responsibilities include dispatching vehicles, managing calls, and performing administrative tasks. Candidates with a BAA or Level 3 first aid certification are preferred. Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification is required.
• BAA / Level 3 first aid certification is desired.
• Previous experience in a contact centre or emergency contact centre is required.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch vehicles according to the CAD system.
• Assist in receiving, prioritising, logging and processing all calls and alerts.
• Provide basic contact centre administration.
