Our client based in Cape Town, CBD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead a lodge portfolio expansion across Sub-Saharan Africa. This role is pivotal in launching and positioningthree new lodges in the Greater Kruger National Park– including a bush lodge, a river lodge, and a hilltop tented camp – along with upcoming properties in theMaasai Mara, Serengeti, Botswana, and Zambia.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience inluxury high-end hotels reserves and lodge saleswithinSub Saharan Africais essential.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing or Hotel Management
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a flair for original ideas and strategic execution
  • Ability to work under pressure, pursue leads, and overcome obstacles
  • Ability to travel
  • Office based role
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Previous experience in a similar senior sales role with at least 5 years in senior sales positions
