We’re hiring a Head of Creative (Design) to lead our Creative Team into its next chapter.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for building, managing, and evolving our agency’s design function. You’ll own creative standards, guide how the team works day-to-day, and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality work as we scale.
Your role is first and foremost about people and leadership. You’ll manage a team of designers, mentor them through regular feedback and hands‑on guidance, and actively upskill the team to meet higher creative and strategic expectations. This includes developing junior designers, strengthening mid‑level contributors, and helping senior designers step into more ownership and leadership.
You’ll also shape the structure and rhythm of the creative department – improving workflows, refining processes, and creating clarity around roles, expectations, and delivery. As the team grows, you’ll help hire, onboard, and integrate new designers into a strong creative culture.
This role carries real ownership and influence. You won’t just oversee output – you’ll define how creative work gets done, how designers grow, and how the team evolves alongside the agency.
