About the role

We’re hiring a Head of Creative (Design) to lead our Creative Team into its next chapter.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for building, managing, and evolving our agency’s design function. You’ll own creative standards, guide how the team works day-to-day, and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality work as we scale.

Your role is first and foremost about people and leadership. You’ll manage a team of designers, mentor them through regular feedback and hands‑on guidance, and actively upskill the team to meet higher creative and strategic expectations. This includes developing junior designers, strengthening mid‑level contributors, and helping senior designers step into more ownership and leadership.

You’ll also shape the structure and rhythm of the creative department – improving workflows, refining processes, and creating clarity around roles, expectations, and delivery. As the team grows, you’ll help hire, onboard, and integrate new designers into a strong creative culture.

This role carries real ownership and influence. You won’t just oversee output – you’ll define how creative work gets done, how designers grow, and how the team evolves alongside the agency.

What you’ll do
  • Work cross‑functionally with the development and marketing counterparts to deliver against client and agency timelines.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of designers.
  • Lead digital design execution across web + email + UI layouts (conversion‑aware, premium)
  • Apply brand systems to scalable digital templates and repeatable outputs
  • Design web UI/UX layouts for key pages and flows
  • Create and/or direct AI‑assisted product shots and digital rendering outputs
  • Establish clean systems for handoff, QA, and review cycles
  • Mentor mid‑level/junior designers and raise overall craft and consistency
What we’re looking for
  • 6–10 years of experience in digital design (web/email/UI)
  • Strong portfolio of digital‑first brand systems and campaigns
  • Confident building systems: templates, guidelines, libraries, QA checklists
  • Comfortable with AI tooling as part of your workflow (image generation, enhancement, rendering assist)
  • Ability to balance timeline with creative ideation
Must Have
  • Experience managing or mentoring other designers
  • Ecommerce experience and conversion‑focused design thinking
Nice to Have
  • Basic 3D/rendering literacy (Blender/C4D/Spline or similar)
