We are currently looking for an exceptional Digital Operations Manager to join our central team as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe. This Digital Operations Manager will help us to drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem on a project basis.
You will have at least 3 years of experience working with CMS systems, where you will bring a wealth of knowledge in effectively managing the implementation of content. Proficient in agile methodologies, you are adept at collaborating in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, ensuring seamless project execution. Your experience extends to mobile app management, where you've successfully contributed to optimising user experiences.
In the realm of campaigns, you have a proven track record of managing and executing successful campaigns. Specifically, you possess expertise in handling loyalty campaigns and have successfully set up CRM campaigns. Your approach is characterised by strong communication and interpersonal skills, which contribute to effective collaboration within diverse teams.
Furthermore, your exceptional written and verbal communication abilities have been demonstrated throughout your career. Understanding the importance of quality assurance, they are well-versed in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring the thorough evaluation of systems and campaigns.
