Role purpose
The Digital Lead – Human Resources is responsible for leading and driving digital transformation initiatives within the Human Resources function, aligning technological advancements with HR strategies to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. By integrating emerging digital solutions and ensuring compliance, the role liaises with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to implement and maintain an integrated digital HR environment aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or a BSc Degree in Computer Science or Technology
- Minimum 6 years of work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working Middle Management or in a similar role
Advantageous:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources certification (or related D365 HR modules) HRIS platform certifications (SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Oracle HCM); Microsoft Power Platform certification (Power Apps/Power Automate); Azure integration/data services certification (Logic Apps/Data Factory/Integration Services); Certification/training in AI/RPA/HR analytics/BI.
- 2 Years experience in application development & programming, or HRIS implementation
- 2 Years experience working in Mining & Quarrying
