Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Pretoria is looking for a Workshop Planning and Implementation Consultant for a short-term role supporting the South African National Department of Health. This consultant will be responsible for scheduling and implementing workshops, managing onsite processes, and ensuring complete financial and administrative record-keeping. Strong expertise in the South African health ecosystem and experience with government workshops are key requirements. This is a 2-month consultancy position with potential travel within South Africa.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in scheduling and implementing workshops for government officials in South Africa.
• Proven experience in following and meeting financial and accounting project requirements of the U.S. Government.
• Strong understanding of the South African public health ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and implement workshops, ensuring all are successfully scheduled.
• Manage processes onsite during each workshop and ensure recordings are made.
• Provide an electronic record detailing workshops and outcomes.
