The Digital Account Executive is responsible for generating advertising revenue across digital platforms.
This includes achieving monthly and annual sales targets, preparing tailored proposals, managing the onboarding process, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brand partners.
The role requires strong market awareness, accurate reporting, campaign oversight, and the ability to deliver digital advertising solutions aligned with client marketing and communication objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GenerationAchieve and exceed monthly and annual digital sales targetsProspect, negotiate, and close new business opportunitiesSecure and manage annual client commitments and group discountsEnsure revenue and billing contracts are processed timeouslyClient LiaisonManage the client onboarding processBuild, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients and agenciesAct as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and challengesDeliver accurate and timely responses within a 24-hour turnaround timeMaintain high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat businessProposal & Campaign ManagementConceptualise, prepare, and present customised digital advertising proposalsProvide digital sales opportunities to internal teams and clientsMonitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports and ROI analysisAdministration & ReportingSubmit accurate forecasts, revenue reports, and campaign performance updatesEnsure correct billing, contract processing, and month-end submissionsResolve internal queries promptly to avoid discrepanciesMarket & Industry AnalysisStay informed on digital and media trends, innovations, and audience insightsUse analytics tools to inform proposal development and campaign optimisationMaintain a thorough understanding of our clients' offerings and client portfolios
