Tasks
  • Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment for employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for staff both in-person and remotely.
  • Manage and maintain company IT assets, ensuring all systems are updated and running smoothly.
  • Assist with network connectivity issues and liaise with service providers for external support when needed.
  • Provide basic training and support to employees on various software applications and IT procedures.
Requirements
