Trade Intelligence (Ti) is looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Graduate Multimedia Designer to join our team. This is a graduate, entry-level role designed to build your foundational skills in commercial design, reporting, and brand execution.
Working closely with the Ti and Smollan Marketing teams, you will be the engine room for high-quality visual content across our reports, digital platforms, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Report & Presentation Design
- Design visually compelling client and internal reports using Google Slides, ensuring clarity and brand alignment.
- Manage cross-platform transitions between Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- Apply and maintain consistent templates, styles, and layouts across all outputs.
Marketing & Brand Design
- Create marketing collateral including one-pagers, brochures, white papers, and infographics.
- Support the design and updates of the Ti website and social media channels.
- Utilize Canva and other tools for quick-turn, on-brand assets.
Photography & Multimedia
- Capture & Edit: Take in-field trade photographs and create short-form video content for social media and presentations.
- Library Management: Categorize and maintain the Ti image library.
- Motion: Assist with basic video editing, animations, and motion graphics.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Support the Smollan Marketing team with ad-hoc design requests.
- Maintain brand alignment across different business units.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A relevant degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Multimedia Design.
- Experience: This is a graduate role! No formal work experience is required, but a portfolio is essential.
- Portfolio Requirements: Must demonstrate design, photography, and (ideally) basic video work.
Technical Toolkit
- Google Workspace: Expert-level Google Slides.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Microsoft Office: PowerPoint.
- Modern Tools: Canva and basic video editing software.
Soft Skills
