Building on their continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and meticulous go-getter to join their Johannesburg-based team as a Dealmaker Broker. In this role you will be involved in various activities related to real estate transactions, ranging from residential, retail, industrial and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

The incumbent candidate will be responsible for conducting market research and identifying prime sites. You'll perform feasibility studies to ensure the viability of potential deals and handle negotiation and acquisition processes with finesse. Acquiring and managing client relationships will be crucial, as will conducting detailed market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. You will structure deals effectively, ensure due diligence and compliance, and oversee the smooth closing of transactions. Additionally, you will engage in networking and professional development to enhance your skills and industry connections.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the property industry in a similar position. A Grade 12 qualification is essential, along with a tertiary qualification in Business (Marketing) or a property-related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
