In this role you will be involved in various activities related to real estate transactions, ranging from residential, retail, industrial and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

The incumbent candidate will be responsible for conducting market research and identifying prime sites. You'll perform feasibility studies to ensure the viability of potential deals and handle negotiation and acquisition processes with finesse. Acquiring and managing client relationships will be crucial, as will conducting detailed market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. You will structure deals effectively, ensure due diligence and compliance, and oversee the smooth closing of transactions. Qualifications
