Job Description: Manage multiple projects within the Data Science and Data Engineering space. Perform stakeholder and business engagement and manage end-to-end delivery to clients by leading teams of Data Engineers and Data Scientists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage the execution of Data Engineering and Data Science projects.
• Produce intelligent, scalable, and automated solutions by leveraging Data Science and Data Engineering teams.
• Develop a Business Intelligence roadmap; prioritize business insight requests to balance tactical and strategic information needs.
• Design and manage the end-to-end Data Science and Data Engineering solutions.
• Work with Technology teams on the development of new data capabilities and architecture to define requirements and priorities.
• Develop, continuously improve, and execute an efficient framework to identify, organize and structure the team to deliver quality products/services to clients.
• Support in developing product specification documents, scope of work documents, and Code of Conduct documents in relation to project needs.
• Implement best practice pipeline framework adhering to KDD/CRISP and deploy use cases identified in products and services using ML techniques.
• Establish and meet required SLAs and TAT for requirements.
• Understand business processes, risk, and controls; frame client problem statements and propose data analytics or digital solutions to meet requirements.
• Utilize industry technologies to apply data analytics solutions including data analysis tools, business intelligence solutions, and data science and data engineering tools.
• Apply SDLC methodologies to solution developments.
• Work with minimal supervision and manage multiple engagements and projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, management, and leadership skills; drive and mentor junior team members.
• Leverage prior business engagement and stakeholder management experience.

Qualifications
