Overview

Our client is a fast-growing distribution and e-commerce company representing premium international Healthcare brands. They are expanding into the UK and need a dynamic, customer-facing individual to support operations.

This role includes customer service, order processing, telephone support, walk-in assistance, and occasional pick-and-pack duties. The person must be friendly, fast-thinking, calm, and organised.

Responsibilities
  • Assist walk-in customers professionally and warmly.
  • Manage telephone calls for all company brands in South Africa and the UK.
  • Handle customer support across email, telephone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Process all online and offline orders and send them to picking and packing.
  • Manage order changes and contact customers when incorrect or unusual items are ordered.
  • Support sales through walk-ins and answer customer questions confidently.
  • Handle returns, collections, replacements, and refunds.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and email confidently. Shopify knowledge is an advantage.
  • Working hours: 8am–4pm Monday to Friday
  • Optional Saturday work may be required and is paid as overtime.
  • Must be outgoing, friendly, kind, respectful, and calm.
  • Prior receptionist or call-handling experience preferred.
  • Must show urgency when dealing with customer issues.
