Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Assist with product and service inquiries and provide information to customers about product features, prices, and benefits
