A customer support services company in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join their dynamic team. The role involves processing orders, resolving customer queries, and collaborating with Sales Consultants within a 24-hour service level agreement. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support, strong communication skills, and hospital consignment stock experience in the medical field. We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and addressing issues in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Process orders received through various channels within a 24-hour Service Level Agreement.
Liaise with customers via phone and email to resolve their queries and concerns.
Collaborate with Sales Consultants to address queries, requests, sales orders, and kits.
Release backorders upon request and send invoices for consignment orders to customers and Sales Consultants.
Replace consignment stock used by customers and move stock when collection / delivery is arranged.
Allocate stock for orders and prepare pro-forma invoices.
Perform general administrative duties, including regular filing and data entry.
Arrange collections and deliveries by completing the required template and sending it to Logistics.
Follow up on collections and delivery requests and obtain necessary approval for credits to be passed.
Complete credits and re-invoices on the same day and book out kits if required.
Assist with after-hours emergency calls and remove consignment items invoiced from QWIX.
Investigate errors in QWIX transfers done by Sales Consultants and check stock availability for Sales Consultants.
Apply transfers on QWIX and generate quotes for Midsouth.
Invoice Government orders and invoice according to tender pricing.
Generate ROE lists and submit ROEs monthly and remove and invoice items from WIP.
Conduct C6 Replenishment weekly.
A minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is essential.
At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support is essential.
Hospital consignment stock experience within the medical industry is also essential.
Strong communication skills are required.
