Duties & Responsibilities

• Improve customer service experience create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Develop service procedures policies and standards
• Recruit mentor and develop customer service agents
• Manage and Adhere to the approved budget
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
