  • Manage debtor collections, payment allocations, and overdue accounts
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and recommend provisions or write-offs
  • Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act, POPIA, and internal controls
  • Oversee contract administration and ensure records are audit-ready
  • Prepare and present monthly credit and debtor reports
  • Provide credit insights to support sales and business decisions
  • Lead, train, and performance-manage the credit team
