Overview

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To ensure the appropriate placement of competent MHR Nursing and Admin panel members

Key Responsibilities

• Provide MHR placement services to clients
• Placement administration of panel members

Required Education

• ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12
• DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma / Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA)

Required Experience

• ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None
• DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry

Required Job Skills and Knowledge

• Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices
• MS Office (e.g. Excel - v look up, pivot tables, filters etc. Word - letters)
• Good understanding of the relevant legislation (i.e. BCEA, LRA etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplace
