Monitor the progress of contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Supervise the execution of fire protection installations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and timely completion.
Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the scope of work is adhered to.
Identify potential risks related to project delivery and work proactively to mitigate them.
Ensure compliance with all fire protection regulations and safety protocols.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire protection industry trends, standards, and regulations.
Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost‑effective solutions and preventing overruns.
Prepare cost estimates, negotiate pricing, and manage invoicing and payments.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
Provide technical support and advice to clients on fire protection systems and services.
Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient project execution.
Coordinate with procurement and HR departments to ensure that qualified personnel and resources are available.
Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence within the team.
