Job Description

To log and process fleet maintenance (e.g. vehicles and all other asset classes) quality authorisations, by diagnosing technical reports submitted by customers, dealers and franchise centres. To engage with customers and merchants by negotiating and making sound recommendations regarding repair work methods and providing the various options available.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Completed secondary school/high school/A levels/Matric
  • Qualified motor trade certificate or certificates of competence within the motor trade workshop
  • Motor manufacturer approved technical certificates indicating component and experience obtained

Experience Required

  • 1-2 years Previous experience at a franchise dealership or reputable retail workshop facility as a service advisor or technician where technical skills are required
