A leading architecture firm in KwaNojoli is looking for a Project Architect with over 10 years of experience. The role involves managing the construction administration of key projects, particularly in affordable housing. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating field reports, managing project schedules, and ensuring the quality of construction documents. Experience with Revit and a strong understanding of construction practices are essential. This position provides an opportunity to be part of impactful community-oriented projects.

We're looking for a talented individual, to join our team and collaborate on the design, documentation and construction administration of multiple projects in various phases. We're looking for someone with a minimum of ten or more years of post–graduate experience, registered in Massachusetts, with a minimum of five years of construction administration experience as Project Architect. Assisting with the construction administration of a large multi-building affordable housing development will be the main focus of the position for approximately 18 months. The successful candidate would be expected to assist with managing small and mid-size projects alongside their construction administration duties.
