We’re looking for a Community Manager who is passionate about social media, understands digital marketing, and can keep Eucerin connected to its audience. You’ll manage engagement, monitor trends, and ensure our brand voice shines across platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor multiple social media accounts daily.
  • Engage with followers across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Build and schedule content calendars
  • Respond to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Track performance and contribute to social media reports.
  • Support campaigns, competitions, and live event coverage.
  • Identify engagement opportunities and stay updated on trends.
  • Assist with crisis communication when needed.
  • Build and schedule content calendars using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or other social media scheduling platforms.
  • Identify and convert proactive opportunities through social listening, developing insights into content ideas.
  • Contribute to social content ideation, generating innovative ideas to drive engagement and community growth.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years’ experience in community management (brand or digital).
  • Digital Marketing qualification advantageous.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
