SUMMARY:

Purpose of the Job: To lead the legal and commercial function, manage risk, and support business growth and international expansion.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years post‑qualification experience in commercial, corporate, or technology law
  • Experience advising boards, executives, and investors, in international environments
POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:
  • Advise the executive team, support growth and risk management, and build the in‑house legal function.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage agreements; oversee corporate governance, shareholder matters, and legal due diligence.
  • Lead legal strategy on AI, data, and technology; ensure IP protection and compliance with data laws; embed legal compliance in product development.
  • Advise on contracts, pricing, revenue recognition, and financial risk; review budgets and support audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, and financial risks; develop policies and frameworks; manage responses to regulatory issues or disputes.
