Minimum requirements

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field (practical experience and industry knowledge will be given greater weight than formal qualifications alone)
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Junior Manager or Senior Sales Representative with management responsibility
• Proven experience in sales, budgeting and target achievement
• Demonstrated people management and team coordination experience
• Proven exposure to co-operative purchasing or sales to co-operatives
• Background in chemical products (agricultural, industrial or garden chemicals)
• Strong relationship‑building skills with head offices, regional managers, and branch managers
• Experience in pricing, margin management and promotions
• Ability to analyse and report on performance, profitability and business risks
• Willingness to travel as required
• Ability to work full‑time (07:00’17:00)
