Responsible for the efficient running of CNC operations, programming jobs, managing staff, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the CNC workshop.
• Operate, set up, and program CNC machines (Fanuc controllers).
• Program components using MasterCAM software (or similar).
• Supervise and guide workshop staff to ensure productivity and quality.
• Plan and coordinate machining schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot where necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate job records and reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years CNC machining, programming, and supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MasterCAM (or a similar CAD/CAM package).
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controllers.
• Solid technical background in CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
