Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a heavy engineering manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean / 6S practices.
• Exposure to HMLV production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in a high-precision CNC manufacturing environment.
• Develop and motivate the team to enhance skills and throughput.
• Coordinate maintenance and assist with breakdowns.

Skills

CNC Machining Experience (Milling, Turning & Grinding)

Understanding of financial statements

Trade Tested Artisan / Engineering Qualification

MS Office - Excel, PPT & MS Teams

Drafting / Technical Drawing Experience (Preferably SolidWorks)

Education

BSC Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
