Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory/management experience in retail, preferably clothing/fashion.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, promotions, and stock processes.
• Proven track record of delivering sales and shrink targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Clothing department sales and profit targets.
• Implement shrink control processes and enforce security standards.
• Execute visual merchandising and promotional guidelines.
• Oversee stock management and ensure correct size availability.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and handle escalated queries.
• Lead and motivate the Clothing department team.
• Ensure pricing and labelling accuracy.
• Maintain hygiene and safe working standards.
