The Client Relationship Consultant (CRC) is responsible for establishing relationships through engaging with prospective and existing clients. The CRC is expected to generate new business by identifying client needs and exploring cross-service initiatives within the existing client base. The ultimate goal is to increase both the number and value of new clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Meet monthly sales targets based on sales volume and revenue to ensure consistent growth.
  • Expand market share by acquiring new clients and growing the existing customer base.
  • Increase product saturation through cross-selling to existing clients, driving overall sales.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and product/service presentations to prospective clients.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings within 24-48 hours of lead receipt to maintain momentum.
  • Provide timely quotations and necessary documentation to facilitate smooth client transitions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline tracking client interactions and progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in industry networking and online platforms like LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness.
  • Document and report client interactions via the Client Management System (CMS).

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a customer-first mindset and possess:

  • 3-5 years of professional B2B sales experience.
  • A BA/BCom degree in Law, HR, Business Management, Sales, or related field, or relevant diploma.
  • Proven experience in marketing and selling professional consulting products/services, developing client relationship and satisfaction strategies, preparing budgets and proposals, networking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary: R 22,950 - R 30,600 CTC
